Record Session 自动提交 & 项目级配置。

## 新增功能

* **自动提交 workspace 变更**：`add_session.py` 执行完毕后自动提交 `.trellis/workspace` 变更，解决 record-session 后工作目录残留 dirty 文件的问题
* **项目级配置**：新增 `.trellis/config.yaml`，支持自定义 `session_commit_message` 和 `max_journal_lines`
* **配置读取模块**：新增 `common/config.py`，读取 config.yaml 并提供硬编码默认值兜底
* **跳过自动提交**：`add_session.py` 新增 `--no-commit` 参数，可按需跳过自动提交
* **模板更新**：8 个平台的 record-session 模板同步更新，补充 auto-commit 说明

## 迁移

无需迁移。运行 `trellis update` 即可同步新文件（`config.yaml`、`config.py`）及更新后的模板。
